HOW MUCH WILL FIT IN THE Bucklette®? The Bucklette® was designed to conceal the essentials: your ID, credit card, house key and lipstick. Plus, you may be able to squeeze in a few extra folded bills.

Where do the essentials go? Your identification and credit card slide under the paddle-shaped clip in the large compartment (or your ID and a few folded bills). Your key slides under the v-shaped clip. Your tube of lipstick goes in the nook and the swivel arm pivots to hold it in position. We’ve also folded some cash and stashed it under the key.

How sturdy are the clips? The paddle-shaped clip and the v-shaped clip are riveted to the inside of the Bucklette® for maximum strength. They have some flexibility so you can slide your items underneath. Be careful though – the clips do not flip up.

What are the dimensions of the interior compartments? The large compartment with the paddle-shaped clip is 2 ½” wide x 3 ½” high. It will accommodate a driver’s license and a credit card. The compartment with the V-shaped clip is 1 ½” wide x 3 ½” high. The lipstick nook is 1 7/8” wide x 3 ½” high.

WILL MY CELL PHONE FIT IN THE Bucklette®? In order to keep the Bucklette® slim, we couldn’t accommodate a cell phone.

HOW MUCH DOES THE Bucklette® WEIGH? The Bucklette® Buckle weighs 7 ozs. (12.5 ozs with the belt). The Bucklette® Clip-On weighs 8 ozs.

WHAT KEEPS THE Bucklette® CLOSED? There are high-powered magnets positioned at two of the corners. These magnets connect with their mates on the opposite side to hold it closed. They are long-lasting and secure.

WHAT IS THE Bucklette® MADE FROM? The Bucklette® is made from zinc alloy - a lead-free, recyclable metal. Each Bucklette® is individually cast from a mold and completed by hand with an antique finish. Because of the technique, each Bucklette® is unique. Finish may vary.

How do I clean my Bucklette®? Polish your Bucklette® when it starts to patina with steel wool to enhance the brushed finish and brighten it up.

ARE YOU PLANNING TO RELEASE DIFFERENT DESIGNS? Absolutely! We are working on additional designs now. Stay tuned!

What about styles for men? We’ve gotten a lot of requests. Men seem to like the Bucklette® as much as women! Look for more on this in 2009.

How do I know what belt size to order? The belt is 1 ½” wide and comes in varying lengths (small, medium and large). You may want to wear the belt on your waist or lower on your hips depending on what you’re wearing. Please use the sizes below as a guideline for selecting your belt size:
SMALL fits 24" - 30" waist or hips. 25” from fold-over to center hole (7 holes) 32” tip to tip.
MEDIUM fits 28" - 34" waist or hips. 29” from fold-over to center hole (7 holes) 36” tip to tip.
LARGE fits 32" - 38" waist or hips. 33” from fold-over to center hole (7 holes) 40” tip to tip.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT? Bucklette.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover for online purchases.
Bucklette.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Statement sets forth the information gathering, use, and dissemination practices of Dessa Lea Productions, LLC ("DL") in connection with the World Wide Web site located at www.bucklette.com (the "Site"). RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Dessa Lea Productions stands behind our products and we are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will refund or exchange any item up to 15 days from its ship date as long as the item is not damaged and is in new, sellable condition. Only items that have been purchased from this web site can be returned according to the following policy:

• Every Bucklette® is guaranteed and you may return your purchase for a refund of the item price (not including shipping). Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
• Returns must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the item (delivery date) provided it has not been damaged or altered.
• All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include the original packaging.
• You must include the order number and billing name.
• If you no longer have a copy of your invoice and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing info@bucklette.com.

You may return your item for a refund credited to your purchasing credit card, or you may exchange your item for another Bucklette® product. Refunding your credit card may take 10 to 20 days from the date that you ship the item back to Dessa Lea Productions. (Please note that shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date.

*Returns not meeting the standards listed above will be sent back to the customer.

TO RETURN BY MAIL:
Please package to ensure a safe delivery – use a durable shipping box or the original packaging if possible. Include tags and bag. Seal securely. Please tell us why you are returning the item and indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another item. Please include your order number and your billing name.

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. (Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card.)

We'll do everything we can to expedite your return. It may take 10 to 20 days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that Dessa Lea Productions is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Care team within 10 days of delivery at (215) 266.2058 from 9 am to 5 pm EST. Please provide your order number, item, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Dessa Lea Productions will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.

WARRANTY:
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, ship it back to us and we’ll replace it at no charge.

3. Refusal/Cancellation of Orders. Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt will automatically be mailed to confirm the purchase intent.
